Delivery to your new home:
Please let us know if your new home has any access difficulties (ie; 4th floor delivery with no lift, parking restrictions, limited driveway access, lots of steps, overhanging trees, narrow roads etc.), so that we can make the necessary arrangements with our delivery associate in advance.
Before delivery, please consider which room you would like the individual items of furniture placed. Once the delivery crew has arrived there is less time to think about these types of issues and it is preferred if items are not repeatedly moved from room to room during the delivery process.
You will need to be on hand to check-off our Packing List as each item is carried into your new home (every carton and furniture item is individually numbered). In the event that items are missing or damaged, please note this clearly on the Packing List against the appropriate number and ask our crew leader to report this to his supervisor as soon as possible after the delivery is completed.
Any unpacking that you require has to be completed at the time of delivery. Our delivery crew will remove waste packing materials. Should an extra collection (of packing materials) be required at a later date, an additional fee maybe charged. In most situations however, we will return to collect packaging materials for recycling or disposal at a later date (one trip only - vehicle in the area. This excludes country or rural locations).
